The Passion for Knowledge programme includes a training day for doctoral researchers from all scientific disciplines. The event is organised in collaboration with Euskampus Fundazioa.
The development of transferable skills plays an increasingly important role in doctoral education, complementing scientific excellence with essential capabilities in communication, leadership, collaboration and knowledge transfer.
These skills are fundamental to building a successful research career, enabling researchers to communicate scientific findings more effectively, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and create new opportunities for professional development.
The event will bring together doctoral researchers and some of the scientists invited to the festival, providing an opportunity to reflect on research, its impact on society, and the challenges of a scientific career. Participants will gain first-hand insight into the careers and experiences of internationally renowned scientists, while also taking part in workshops focused on developing transferable skills.
